Paint Shop Pro v7 » Create swirly brushes
Many of you wonder where you can find swirly brushes. I have no clue. But perhaps you can make your own swirls…
First, find some cursive and swirly fonts. Examples are La Jolla, Platthand Demo, Selfish and Porcelain. All these are listed in my free stuff section, but you can find more fonts at e.g. DaFont.com.
Open a new image. Click on the text button
, and type anything in capital letters. I chose the letter K in the font Selfish:

Select the part you want with the select tool

And choose the paint brush tool
. In the tool bar (press the letter o if you can't see it), double click on the white square in the top left corner:

Click on create in the "costume brush" box that appears after you double click. Your brush will now be created. And it's a swirl.

This can be done with any other swirly letter and font. You can also put together more letter swirls to create one swirly brush.
