Guest tutorials » Paint shop pro X Blend in text effect
I bet everyone here is wondering "how do you make your text look like it goes with the background?" well, here's how you do it. ^_^ this should be the simple-est of all tutorials.
Step One:
Make sure you have the picture you want open, like I do.
Step two:
Click the "A" button for your text, and click anywhere on the picture you want it to be on.
Step Three:
You should then get a text box, once you have the text you want in there, click "apply" and move your text where you want.
Step Four:
I assume you know how to use layers, so go to your layers pallette. Next to opacity (which should be set at 100%) you'll see a box that says "normal". Click that, it should come up with alot of options.
Step Five:
Go down to the "Soft Light" option, and click it. This is my end result:
