When you have cut of all the background stuff, you can paste the horse on to the background you want. If you want the HL purple behind the horse, make sure you color the bottom layer. The hex code for HL purple is #BB88BB. The hex code for HL blue is #99CCFF. You can find the hex color of a horse, background and so on, by opening the picture in psp, then click on "foreground color" in the right menu (red circle on the image below). A new box will open, and if you click on the picture, on the color you want to know the hex code for, the hex code will be in the area (in the box) called HTML code.
If you want to know the color on a certain web site, you can click on the PrtSc button on your key board (print screen), then paste it as a new image in psp. Then do the color ting I've explained. So you don't have to go around remembering these hex codes.
