Paint Shop Pro v7 » Glowing text
To make the text glow is an effect I like. And it’s easy to do. Ok, I’ll write the horse’s name on this pic:
Write the text on like you always do. I’ve written it kind of like this :D
Make sure it’s the Floating thingy that’s hooked:
You should now have a floating line around the text.
Go to Effects in the top tool bar, choose 3D-effects and Drop shadow. Choose the same color as your text, and set the settings like mine:
You don’t have to set the Opacity and the Blur to what I’ve chosen, make it fit your picture instead. Result:
A white glow would look like this:
If you want a glow that shows better, set the opacity to a high number, like 90 or so…
